Charles Barkley, a devoted cultist of Nodens, lurks in the heart of Texas when he isn't delivering insightful commentary on "Inside the NBA". He hunts a cult of Nyarlathotep nesting in the heart of San Antonio, Texas: the Cult of the Bloated Woman .
He believes the cult is funding itself through an intricate web of Churro salespeople, and won't rest until he discovers the truth. Recent findings indicate the cult is being funded by an even larger network of Nyarlathotep worshippers, the Black Buddha Worldwide (B.B.W).

In the Fall of 1998, a drug dealer from Boston is found dead, several states away in a coastal town in Connecticut. Though the cause of death is initially ruled a suicide, the FBI office in Boston demands to be shown the body for examination, as the man had once been a confidential informant for the Bureau, who suspects a mob hit. The FBI autopsy reveals the bizarre state of the man's insides, almost melted. The case comes across A-Cell's desk, the state of the man's corpse, and the detail that in his final months he had moved to Connecticut to join an "Alternative Medicine Research Group" convinces them to launch an investigation.   WIDOWMAKERS was one the first full-length scenarios that I wrote and ran for Delta Green. BELLI OCCULTA: Introduction

  One evening in April 2023 I decided to run a game. It would be a month from then, once I had returned from the UK and could run Delta Green again. The scenario was "Widowmakers", a brand-new rendition of the scenario, version 3. The first two didn't satisfy me. The changes I made for version 3 were to wind the clock back to 1997 and include Majestic-12 as the overarching villains for the scenario.  I ran it with some people I hardly new and by the end of the scenario I was convinced I wanted to run a campaign with them. So we did. We ran "Speak of the Devil" and many, many more. I was interested in going against what was established in the expanded lore of the Delta Green Handler's Guide, and to have the actions of the players influence the outcome of the story, and how things would ultimately shape up.
