VERMUNDO steers the plane towards the runway at La Colonia Dignidad. Even before they touch the runway, they know they're being shot at. Small arms fire whizzes past the plane, and above them, the first few bursts of a flak cannon firing off. Before the plane can screech to a halt on the tarmac, they can hear the report of gunfire near the Colony's perimeters. They exit the vehicle and make for a ditch. Silhouetted against the lights of the Colony, they can see a fireteam of about twelve armed men, most in shirts and shorts with some variety of soviet army webbing, their kn...

They review the supplementary information provided by SYNOD-1 on their way to VERMUNDO's villa outside the capitol. What they knew was that according to information gathered during Operation SPECTRUM in Macau. FROM: I-CELL, V-CELL // BEGIN MESSAGE // JULY 1, 2001.  From across the country, numerous agents of Delta Green receive summons to Fort Bliss, Texas for a briefing. Many of them knew this was on its way and have been making the preparations for months. The agents summoned are Agents IRENA, IMOGEN, and INDIGO of Cell "I", VERDANCE and VICTOR of Cell "V", and Agent WAXER of Cell "W".  The agents of both cells are introduced to one another, and then their briefing, led by Agent VIRGIL, Cell Leader of V-Cell, begins.  In February of this year, I-Cell chased a lead, hinting at a major "summit" of Exalted Circle personnel in Macau. Through some clever spycraft, they were able to gather information on an u...

16FEB2001 Agents wake up early on the 16th and get to work. They have a long day ahead of them. IMOGEN and IRENA requests for a morning meeting with their contact, Yi Yuhan, while INDIGO tries to compromise the Opal Palace Casino's security systems to get access to their CCTV. Yi agrees, and they meet at the Cathedral of the Nativity of Our Lady .  At the Cathedral, IMOGEN and IRENA meet Yi, and they talk briefly. The conversation is brief and they speak in code, with Yi adamantly claiming he is not  in contact with Taiwanese intelligence, adding "but if I were, what would you be asking me to do?". I-Cell is curious about Hurricane Group in Taiwan, and specifically they want to know about the mysterious third party being kept as their guest in Formosa, whom the Circle has codenamed "BLUEBEARD". Yi "agrees" that he "would" make some inquiries. Meanwhile, at the hotel, INDIGO is only able to get limited access to the CCTV, meaning they have cov...
