"The Air Force Office of Special Investigations released their report today into the training accident last summer that resulted in the crashing of a Sikorksy HH-60 Pave Hawk and the deaths of 11 people. The helicopter, which had been mustered as part of a secret training exercise with the Air Force Pararescue, was believed to have suffered a massive electronics failure, causing the pilot to lose control of the aircraft, causing it to crash into a government-owned property outside the suburb of Bountin, Maryland, where the Pararescuemen were slated to be performing a "downed pilot" rescue scenario.
