SUZERAIN OF THE EARTH

SUZERAIN OF THE EARTH is a scenario set in the "Conspiracy" era of Delta Green that sees the agents solve a bizarre death and confront a new and horrific enemy of the conspiracy, the branch of the Russian mafiya known as the Tadjbegskaya Bratva. It is designed for 2-4 players and can be completed in 2-4 sessions. 

The Tadjbegskaya Bratva, The Fate, The Skoptsi, and Delta Green are inventions of Arc Dream Publishing. 
Coney Island Carpets is an invention of Burningheron and can be found here. 

PART ONE covers the Agent's briefing, investigating the scene of Klinger's suicide and his remains, Klinger's IRS investigation, and researching the Glyph. 

PART TWO covers Coney Island Carpets, the mysterious "Ronald Poole", and the Nedelko House.
 
PART THREE covers the involvement of GRU SV-8, a meeting with the Skoptsi, a meeting with The Fate, how the NPCs in the scenario react to investigation, and lastly how to resolve the scenario.

In the Fall of 1998, a drug dealer from Boston is found dead, several states away in a coastal town in Connecticut. Though the cause of death is initially ruled a suicide, the FBI office in Boston demands to be shown the body for examination, as the man had once been a confidential informant for the Bureau, who suspects a mob hit. The FBI autopsy reveals the bizarre state of the man's insides, almost melted. The case comes across A-Cell's desk, the state of the man's corpse, and the detail that in his final months he had moved to Connecticut to join an "Alternative Medicine Research Group" convinces them to launch an investigation.   WIDOWMAKERS was one the first full-length scenarios that I wrote and ran for Delta Green. YELENA’S NOTES A disorganized jumble of papers contains the journals, experiment logs, enemy lists, and recipes of Yelena Kalamatiano. These documents represent a lifetime’s work of pursuing the mysteries of The Magna Mater. Though I-Cell has come to know it by other names, The Black Goat of the Woods, Sheela Na-Gig, Shub-Niggurath.
